2. Reservation & Dining Policy

  1. Reservations can be made through our website, phone, or in person.
  2. Walk-in guests are welcome but subject to table availability.
  3. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer violating restaurant policies.

3. Catering & Event Bookings

  1. All catering orders require advance notice.
  2. A deposit may be required for large event bookings, which is non – refundable in case of cancellations within 48 hours of the event.
  3. Menu customization is available, but pricing may vary based on selection.

4. Online Orders & Delivery

  1. Orders placed through third-party delivery apps (e.g., Uber Eats, DoorDash) are subject to their terms and conditions.
  2. We strive to ensure food quality, but we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
  3. Any complaints regarding online orders should be reported within 2 hours of delivery.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

  1. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.
  2. Refunds will only be issued for valid complaints, such as incorrect or damaged orders.
  3. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the purchase.

6. Food Allergy Disclaimer

  1. Our dishes may contain allergens, including nuts, dairy, gluten, and seafood.
  2. Customers with allergies should inform the staff before placing an order.
  3. KhanJee is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from consumption.
